Casa Rosa is one of the holiday lets you can rent in the lecrin valley direct from the owner with a swimming pool and is located in the sleepy tranquil white washed village of Acequias. This is a small village, close to the Sierra Nevada and a short drive from the Costa Tropical coast line. There are daily deliveries of bread and there is a small travelling supermarket, which visits the village several times a week. A 20 minute walk through a lovely setting takes you to the neighbouring village of Niguelas where quite a few tapas bars await you. Shops, banks, garages, restaurants and bars can be found just 5 minutes drive away in both the village of Lecrin and the town of Durcal. The historical city of Granada is only 20 mins away with all the shops you could wish for as well as Spain's number one tourist attraction the Alhambra palace.Casa Rosa is a renovated property but built in keeping with the traditional look of the white washed village houses in Acequias. Casa Rosa has a roof terrace with views to the hills and should you need shade on the roof terrace there is a delightful covered area with table and chairs and open plan windows. Ideally situated the beautiful city of Granada together with its Alhambra Palace takes 25 minutes, with the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada a further 25. Lanjaron, gateway town to the Alpujarran region is only quarter of an hour, and the coast in the shape of the white village of Salobrena takes half an hour. Super views from the roof terrace which has an open area as well as a covered area and there is a BBQ facility. Swimming pool with large patio area giving total privacy.
